New Format to the Customers' Forum [ Edited ]

The Pharmacy OneSource Community is happy to announce a new layout to our Customers' Forum!

If you have visited our Customers' Forum before, you may notice a few changes have taken place over the past few weeks.  Here is a rundown of the new forum and how it has been redesigned to better support customer trainings and discussions.

Our two product discussion forums, Simplifi797 & Sentri7 and Quantifi, have been grouped into one Customer Questions and Discussions forum.  Here, users can come together to share best practices, ask questions of each other, and learn more about our other software solutions.  Our goal is to centralize your product questions and concentrate customer discussion into one easy to find location.  In addition, new product releases will be posted to this forum.

The new Training Blog is your one stop shop for user tips, product trainings, quick hints, frequently asked questions, and a virtual library of knowledge for all your product adoption needs.  Threads for product focused webinars and our “Tips and Techniques” series can now be found in the training blog.  This will be an on-going Blog where we will be continually adding new articles, videos, and print instructions.  Be sure to visit and read the “About the blog” for more details.
