Rommel, We try to keep the 25% vials at room temperature, but if they crystallize, we put them in a warmer cabinet set at 36 C until they redissolve. The warmer cabinet is one we inherited from the lab, if your question was what kind of storage/warmer box folks are using for this product.

We recently purchased a warmer from Health Care Logistics which is basically a box with a light bulb in it.

We keep vials stored on shelves at ambient temp. If crystals form, we place in warm water bath (or on top of Bunn coffee maker) until back into solution.

Related question: How long is it OK for mannitol to be stored in a warmer? I've not been able to find anything stating that it is OK for it to be a warmer for any length of time. We usually keep a few bottles in the warmer at all times, but we don't put any kind of beyond use date on it.

Well, consider that the acceptable storage temperature for the FDA approved dating is 20-25 C (68-77 F), so once you get the crystals redissolved by exposure to a higher temperature-- keeping the cabinet at 77 F should really prevent crystals from forming or reforming, and you are still within FDA limits for full expiration dating.
The crystals will probably even dissolve (slowly) at temperature above 75 F, but we often just want to get the product back in service quickly, hence the excursions to 70-80 C.
