I am looking for the  minimum requirements for a cleanroom in an outpatient clinic setting that prepares immediate use chemos.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Greg,

There is no such thing as an immediate-use chemo in USP 797.  If this outpatient's clinic business is treating cancer, then you need to comply with the hazardous drug requirements of USP 797.

It's all about the patient.
