Some thoughts on cleaning walls/ceiling tiles.  Currently walls are not painted with a washable paint.  So in light of that, is using a tacky roller sufficient?  Or should I have the walls painted with a washable paint?  What paint would be advised:  expoxy or enamel?

To be in compliance with the chapter, you need to have washable walls and the paint needs to be able to withstand repeated cleaning with detergents.  Epoxy is the best paint to use but very aromatic (smelly) during the painting and curing phase.
