There is NO humidity requirement in USP 797.  That is the problem and the temperature issue for drugs really isn't' a problem. It is only when the temperature is below 8C and above 40C that drugs degrade.

I read the PF quickly the other day on smartphone. It appears to be a packaging issue. Why not have the packages changed? Do you see Walmart or Walgreens complying to Max 40%rh.. I surely don't. I'll have to find a resource at WI and find out their ruling last week.

Well.. grab your HVAC engineers. I have it in email form, Wisconsin has accepted 40% Max RH.. enforcement starts Nov 1, 2017!!

Dry storage.. appears to be the KEY phrase. Who says what needs to be in dry storage? Is this special requirements on certain meds... And clearly noted on packaging? It appears WI pulled this from USP..but not really able to explain it. And enforcement starts Nov 1, 2017 in WI.
