KCl Stablity (2meq/ml) inj.

Anybody have BUD reference data on withdrawing 2meq/ml syringes (10-20ml each) from a 250ml Pharmacy Bulk Package?  The Bulk Package must be discarded 4 hr after puncture, but how about syringes prepared from that bulk package?

Since you are preparing multiple dose for multiple patients,  this is considered batching, then it would fall under a medium-risk category.

If you are drawing up 10-20ml syringes, are you storing them in refrigerator for 9 days, or room temperature for 30 hrs?
